Grilled Chicken Steak

Make a sandwich or eat with a salad, this chicken steak is versatile and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Simply SUFI Boneless Chicken Breasts1 packet
  • soy sauce1 tbsp
  • chilli sauce½ tbsp
  • garlic paste1 tsp
  • brown sugar1 tbsp
  • honey2 tbsp
  • SUFI Olive Oilas required

Method

Flatten the Simply SUFI Boneless Chicken Breasts with a heavy spoon or mallet. Alternatively, score the breasts with a sharp knife. 

Marinate with all ingredients except the cooking oil. Refrigerate overnight. 

Heat a grill pan and brush with SUFI Olive oil. 

Place the chicken breasts on the on the grill pan. Let cook until golden on one side, around 5 to 7 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side until chicken is cooked through. 

Serve with mashed potatoes, a fresh salad, sautéed veggies or even French fries.
