Conventional Production Processes

When we first began production in 1992, we adopted the conventional production process in line with industry trends. This traditional method was labor-intensive and time-consuming, consisting of multiple stages to ensure oil purity and quality. The key steps included:

Neutralization

Removing color contaminants with bleaching earth.

Bleaching

Removal of Free Fatty Acids (FFAs) using alkali.

Hydrogenation

Converting unsaturated fatty acids into saturated ones to stabilize the oil.

Deodorization

Using steam distillation under vacuum to remove undesirable odors and tastes.

While effective, these processes were eventually replaced by more advanced technologies as we scaled our operations.

Continuous Process Adoption

In our ongoing commitment to quality and innovation, we reengineered our production processes in 2003 and 2008, integrating cutting-edge technology to improve efficiency and product consistency. In partnership with the world-renowned Belgian company Desmet Bellestra, we introduced fully automated production systems powered by the Siemens S7 control system, ensuring precise control and uniformity across all production stages.

We also replaced the conventional neutralization process with Oil Centrifugal Clarifying and Separating Technology from Westphalia Separators (Germany). This advanced technology enables us to achieve superior oil clarity and separation, further enhancing the quality of our products.

Our PLC-controlled pressing and filtering systems ensure precise dosing of activated bleaching earth for optimal color removal, while maintaining product safety and quality. As a result, our products now have a longer shelf life, improved taste, and odor—all thanks to shorter processing times and simplified handling processes.
