Who said scrambled eggs always have to be spicy, these sweet ones are equally delicious.
Ingredients
- eggs
- semolina
- sugar
- milk
- SUFI Banaspati

Method
Whisk eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl.
Heat SUFI Banaspati in a pan. Add semolina and saute until golden. Add whisked eggs to the pans, stirring to mix the semolina in egg. Leave to cook for a few minutes, then whish again to break the egg. Once all egg is cooked and some parts are crisped, remove from heat and serve hot.
