Simply SUFI Chicken Tenders Chowmein
Kids love noodles, and chowmein is a great way to provide kids with the necessary nutrients. It is a complete meal and can be served at supper, lunch or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Simply SUFI Chicken Tender, prepared as directed
- 1 packet spaghetti, boiled as directed
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 200 gms cabbage, thinly sliced
- 100 gm bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
In a bowl, whisk soya sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté carrots, cabbage, green onion and bean sprouts for a couple of minutes. Add the spaghetti sauce and water. Toss to mix with noodles and vegetables. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Slice the prepared Simply SUFI chicken tenders. Remove the spaghetti on to a serving plate. Arrange sliced Simply SUFI chicken tenders on the spaghetti. Serve hot.
