Chicken Qeema With Capsicum

This is a quick and easy recipe, served best with Simply SUFI Plain Paratha or boiled rice. Leftovers can be used to make a quick fulfilling sandwich or added to pasta for a snack.

Ingredients

500gm Simply SUFI premium qeema

1 onion, cubed

1 green capsicum, cubed

1 red capsicum, cubed

1 yellow capsicum, cubed

1 tomato, diced

1 tsp garlic paste

Salt, to taste

Red chilli powder, to taste

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp cumin powder

2 cloves

1 small piece cinnamon

SUFI Cooking Oil, as required Fresh green coriander, chopped, as required

Method

In a pan heat some oil and add the chicken qeema with garlic paste. On high heat, saute the qeema until it changes color. Add all the remaining ingredients except green coriander. Saute until aromatic, reduce heat to low. Add a ¼ cup of water. Cover and let cook until qeema is cooked through, and capsicum is soft. Reduce any liquid over high heat. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with Simply SUFI Plain Paratha.
